These are the tracks that, for me, best portrait west coast music. I love the arrangements and chord changes and I hope people can hear that they have inspired me when I write my music. The Rhodes is an essential part in the sound and is included in most of the tracks. I've been playing along to these tracks since I was a little boy in one way or another but mostly with bass and guitar, in later years drums and keyboard as well, in that way I don't no much else than how to play these kind of arrangements. It's hard to capture the feel of the sound in these tracks, it's so genuin and analog, I've tried to get the exact sound but it's really difficult. I could make this list very much longer but these are my favorites, you never get sick of them, I think I will be listening to them as much as I do now when I'm old.
