Selina Nongaliphe Oliphant, better known as just Nongi Oliphant or by her stage name SNO, is a deejay hailing from the streets of Bophelong, in Vaal. As a child she grew up listening to different music styles such as Jazz, Soul, Funk, Afrobeat and Disco; courtesy of her uncle. Years later she started collecting records of her own, including those that her uncle used to play around the house while she was young. She relocated to Manchester in England where she started playing in local clubs and parties. She has grown from that to playing on an online radio station known as Reform Radio (ReformRadio.co.uk), and being a resident Idle Moments - every 3rd Sunday of every month at The Live Room , 94 – 96 Grosvernor Street, M1 7HL. Mancheste. SNO is not known for one style of music, her choice ranges from Hip Hop to Funk, Jazz, Soul & Afrobeats. You can find out more about SNO on:
