Rohrbach

The first influences of electronic music anchored with songs like “Computerliebe, Radioaktivität, die Roboter and Autobahn” of Kraftwerk, Depeche Mode with all of their album in my ears. Songs of Front 242 were also formative. Before I went out to drink my first legal beer outside ( ) I danced to songs like “Das Boot”, “Somewhere over the rainbow”, “Seven days and one week”, “Hardcore vibes”, “Open your mind” or “Insomnia” and gained my first impressions.
My first techno parties I visited in clubs like Octan in Bautzen. DJs mixed their vinyl records, we danced all night long and I went on a musical journey.

In 1998 I met my todays best friend who was already established in the musical scene and rocked the clubs. The electric influence rose up and I learned to distinguish the different genres. We went together to his gigs and searched for new records. This was decisive for the development of my musical taste.

Afterwards I visited different clubs in Germany and also in some other states of Europe. All time I screamed loud on the dance floor
Some years later I recognized that I had meanwhile such a special musical taste. I could not dance all night long without being interrupted by a record I did not like. I decided to need my own turn tables and records.

In April 2009 I lay the foundation stone of my musical career as a DJ. I ordered my first record: Andre Kronert “Salzwasserliebe”. I was so proud!
In June there followed my first turn table: Technics MK 5. Afterwards there came more equipment to my home: mixing desk Pioneer DJM 800 and the second MK 5.

Summer, autumn, winter 2009 and spring, summer 2010 went by. I only practised to use my turn tables correctly. Sometimes I practised 12 to 16 hours.
But nowadays after nearly 4 years became so good that one can listen without getting grey hair.

In addition to that I attended a course for music production in 2010. In future I also want to work with Ableton live and live musical instruments. Some years will go by. But I have got this time – music is my first love!

In 2011 I had the chance to play in front of a dancing crowd for the first time. Thanks to the team of Kesselhaus Singwitz.

Next gigs will follow right soon...

I am glad to know you as my listeners!
I want to go together with you on my musical journey!
