Looking for a slick blend of Funk and House? We are happy to announce that you have just found it. The latest release on XLNT Records – ‘Take A Break’ by Mateo Paz feat. Meg – is a fresh and groove filled mixture that will certainly set quite a few dancefloors on fire.
Being a DJ for over 16 years and having played alongside some of the biggest names in the industry, including Carl Cox and Armin van Buuren, Mateo Paz turned to music production a few years ago and collaborated with a young and passionate vocalist Meg.
Although ‘Take A Break’ was recorded a couple of years ago and ceaselessly played on various radio stations, the track has never been published… Until now.
Both original and instrumental versions of the track are supplemented with two versions of a remix by David Sonido, taking us into the world of sounds of Nu Disco.
The force of Mateo Paz and Meg has just been awakened, and this may just be a prologue to a longer adventure of the duo. Will it happen? We leave it for you to decide.
