"Inspired by the DIY ethic of Acid House and squat parties/ festivals I started playing music with my old mate Sticks under the dubious moniker of The Artful Dodgers in
1990.
Forging a reputation for an open minded approach to music and a shambolic 'by the skin of your teeth' attitude to playing.
The duo soon became a floating collective under The Experimental Vibe Tribe blagging a slot at The Big Chill festival @ Naxos and then the following year @ Eastnor. This lead to a monthly residency @ The Big Chill Bar on Brick Lane ."
