This is the 12" disco version from the movie "Mafia On The Bounty". Advance promo copies were mailed in a large advert mailer with inner large original marque movie poster. Also included was a smaller poster with full adverts for movie and song. Eddie is better known as the actor playing "Carmine" from Lavern and Shirley.
