I mention stockhausen because he is responsible (in part) for the form of electronic sound structure. he was a classical composer that experimented with electronics, and composed an album of strange (-what would now be considered as structured white noise) sounds which was the very first time the two worlds collided. I call them soup movements because this song has many different bursts of song, of mechanical sounds, and the structural components flow like fluid into one an other,
each movement slowly dissipating into the next. some floundering in single keys,
some following a pattern extended by a beat.
making the title fit just right.
