Mother Earth is shedding her top layer and applying a newer and more beautiful coating (celebrate this!)
this session requires that for 1 hour you permit yourself to let go of the cold, heavy outer layer along with Mother Earth
if you are in Australia (and the like), we envy that you are surfing, but we will drive on in our transition
realize that the warmth you crave comes to you in a form of those that cherish your existence (they are there, trust your old boy Tonepoet); reciprocate this emanating glow
