TKO Radio was originally founded in 1998 in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, England, with a passion for UK Garage and House Music.

In 2003, station owner Chris Massey relaunched TKO Radio on Spain's beautiful Costa Blanca, where the station quickly developed its unique sound. Daytime programming featured a carefully selected mix of Classic Hits, while evenings came alive with specialist Dance Music shows, House Music, and Top 40 favourites.

Today, TKO Radio broadcasts from its studios on the East Coast of England, bringing together over three decades of unforgettable music and memories.

Our music policy celebrates the very best songs from 1980 through to 2011 — three decades that produced some of the greatest music ever recorded. From iconic 80s classics and 90s favourites to carefully selected hits from the 2000s, TKO Radio delivers a feel-good soundtrack that continues to stand the test of time.

Alongside our regular programming, listeners can enjoy Classic Dance Anthems, House Music, UK Garage favourites, and special guest DJ shows featuring some of the biggest sounds from across the decades.
