A mix I created specifically for a 30-minute cardio workout on elliptical trainers, treadmills, exercise bikes, etc. It starts at 122 bpm for about 5 mins for a warm up then builds to 132bpm before dropping to 120bpm over the last 4 minutes to cool down.
I'm going to be making more of these so I'd love to hear whether it works for you or anything you'd like done differently (higher / lower speed for longer / shorter etc).
