Stehverbot was founded in 2012, when two Djs from Augsburg met each other to make music. While looking on pictures they discovered a sign and all of a sudden one of them had a name in mind: Stehverbot. With this name they came up with a main concept. The feedback in their environment was pretty good, that's why they didn't want to waste time. A well known club in Munich was their first adress to tell the owner about this idea. It turned out, he got interested in a cooperation and so the start of the first events has been made. Over time Stehverbot became well known with musicians and clubs. They decided to turn into an agency. The first anniversary in 2013 was celebrated with a club tour around Germany. But this was just the beginning. In October 2013 Stehverbot became a record label.
