Queerum (Shortened Edit)

Recorded for an installation called Queerum by Sapidah Kian in a house in Melbourne as part of the 24 Hour Experience. The whole house was inhabited & altered to discuss and highlight gender transition, and trans gender issues, and the the stories of the aging Queer community. This piece occupied a long downstairs corridor, & contains the voices of various members of the Melbourne trans gender community. I also made soundscapes for the answer machine, the bathroom, the shower room, and two bedrooms. Thanks to Myke Vescio for his input on the project.
