Music and sounds of Skanka!

“Skanka!” has been a staple in the underground music scene of Tulsa, Oklahoma since 2003. As a dj, his sets go in every direction and celebrate the myriad styles of drum and bass. His energy, connection to the dance floor, and mixing skills make him a favorite at any show. In his years of experience, it's lead him to play alongside some amazing artists, like Gein, AK1200, Twisted Individual, Gridlok, John Kelley, Simply Jeff to name a few. 
After graduating from Berklee school of music in 2011. His acquired knowledge in studio recording, combined with his longtime love for drum and bass, and steady focus on production, has led him to release multiple tracks with Grimey Grooves Recordings in 2013, and 2014, and has him on board with the upstart of the brand new Drum and Bass label Higher Level Industries, already receiving dj support from the likes of Subsonik, Pish Posh, and Optimal Prime. 2018 sees Skanka! Back to producing and Teamed with Yaumbit to take hosting duties of the Atmospheric Alignment Show on bassdrive.com, hosting and engineering live shows, studio sessions, freelance audio engineering, and running a dnb soundsystem in Tulsa.
