Sheep Ranch Blues

From Slim Jimsøhn and the Yreka Four... This is a tune I have written for a group of friends who meet several times through the year, including an annual weekend in Sheep Ranch, CA, in the foothills of the Sierras. Every year, I write a song to commemorate the occasion.

This one was so much fun to do, I decided to post it here. I'm hoping for a big jam session next time in Sheep Ranch!

The guitar is a Recording King RNJ-16, a clone of Gibson's 1930's era deep body Nick Lucas model. The track also features my first public performance on harp -- a Hohner Marine Band Crossover.
