Music and sounds of Rindfleisch & Vogel

Their trademark, hat and flower, their distinctive and quite curious name: Beef & Bird. This is the title of the DJ-project from Markus und Felix with which they now twirl fresh air into club scene from Leipzig since 2008.
With deep and technoid house grooves they want to mix "Fun, emotion and feeling behind the mixing desk" into the cowded party. They juggle with daring melodies, distinctive vocals, rich basses and occasionally a touch of swing.
... So why Beef & Bird? Of course, with this interspecific interaction it's not a carrion-eating predator-prey thing, as far as known, they sometimes even eat vegetables.. The DJ duo understands the musical coexistence much more than creative symbiosis and their name hides a loving tribute to the maiden names of their parents and grandparents. Simple but striking!
