I've been a huge fan of Jimpster ever since I stumbled onto his brilliant leftfield "Scrambled" mix on Shadow records. His Freerange Records releases quiclky became a staple of my sets, and still are to this day. Freerange has that timeless house quality. This particular mix was not a conscious effort to showcase the label, it just turned out that way. An unplanned Freerange appreciation mostly taken from the early "Colour" series compilations.

Ten years later, the tracks all sound as good as ever......and the mix isn't too bad either ;)
