Q: What's this about then?
A: It's a monthly radio show, on the excellent and esteemed Safehouse Radio, every first Thursday of the month from 8pm-9pm, hosted by Paul Z.

Q: And what can I expect to hear?
A: An hour of techno, of the heavy and driving variety, around 135-140bpm. Some of it will sound nice and atmospheric, some of it will sound like you're trapped in a washing machine.

Q: Sounds good to me. And why's it called the Sonance Sessions?
A: Paul is one of a crew of people that run a night in London called Sonance. The techno you hear on this show is exactly what you'd hear at the parties, so it seemed fitting.

Q: Why should I listen?
A: Because if there's a better way of getting up for the weekend than listening to an hour of techno, we haven't heard of it yet...
