Eosophobia - A morbid fear of daylight. A title fitting of Primary [colours] latest release by the Australian duo, the Echo Inspectors. Conceived on a dark autumn night, Eosophobia is a creation of the strange and disturbed. Entities materialize, delicate and shy, these beings thrive in the dark. Their conviction becomes evident as the night sky turns a darker shade of black, a pulsating and heaving sub sonic landscape emerges for the creatures of the night. Life is short lived as dark turns to light, they scampering in to the shadows. Resoe, Copenhagen s ruler of the deep and dub, takes control of this creation. Forming and reconstructing it in to a more powerful, ravenous creature. A fear of light fuels this being to become menacing, unstable and unpredictable. Vigour builds swiftly, seething as the cold autumn night goes on. Confidence only grows stronger and stronger as the night feeds its hunger only to be destroyed with a sudden shard of light, withering to oblivion.
