I started mixing in 1982 in Montreal. In underground bars in Québec city where I was studying, (Midnight Express, Le Tube, Wall Street, etc) and on the Radio since 1989 approx, to 1999... Where I left for touring in Europe, a wild tour of mixing in bars, raves, free parties in the wild etc etc . Oh! Thats where I met with Hipnoise, and Phil Soren (dj Dreams) from the NRV Paris team.

This live mix was done in Québec City, where I really was implicated directly with the electronic music scene from scratch near the end of the 80's. At that time, the NewBeat from Belgium, the UK raves news where comming in from the music magasines... While chicago and Detroit where expressing with the TB-303 what no-one ever thought could be.... It's sounds where so new, and where so different depending on the artist, that this synth became to techno, what the electric guitar was to rock music.

Everyone in Québec City at the beginning, was going nuts for that sound. So when I went back for one night, I decided to mix minimal repetitive techno, keeping the presence of the 303, in many forms, all along....

Hommage à la crowd de Québec City, where we know we where getting into something exciting, and we all participated in making it as alive as we possibly could!
