K69 : a DJ, Artist, Producer of nearly 30 years originally got a taste for dj'ing in Ibiza back in 1987 but it was another 4 years before he took the plunge and bought some Technics. By 1994 he was back in Ibiza playing t Es Paradis, the Star club (Now Eden)and beach bars. His big break came following winning a bedroom bedlam mix of the month competition in Muzik Magazine which opened doors playing under his previous alias DJ-K at Superclubs in the UK, Europe and even New York. He won the Radio 1 breakthrough DJ of year in 1997 which took things interstellar and resulted in bieng signed up to 3 DJ agencies resulting in 3 gigs or more a week for the next 4 years. K took a break due to family reasons and reappeared with his own show on the worlds biggest internet radio station DIFM With Rhythm Nation focusing on his early roots playing c house, acid house and old skool. Fast forward to 2017 and it was all change again. Reinventing himself as K69 he started to learn to produce working with seasoned names such as Reza and his musical mentor Ian Bland (Dream Frequency) who he still regularly works with today. Together K and Ian launched the label Sublime Recordings which to date has released over 70 tracks.

K69 also started releasing on other labels such as Vamos, Dirty Music, Electroscene and Whore house where he became the best selling artist in 2020. In December 2020 he was ranked No.16 in the Beatstats Beatport World Rankings before another twist. This was the launch of elevation music , an underground label releasing Breakbeat, Progressive House, techno and anything not mainstream. Since his return to the scene in 2014 he has been a constant on Internet Radio and in March 2021 had the opportunity to join one of his early inspirations "Stu Allan" at his and Paul Draycott's station OSN radio based in Manchester.
