This was recorded at my Sunday morning residency at Sorry Grandma... another Michael Delany concept that kept me in the game. I used to play 5 hours every Sunday morning at a time that other clubs would close, so we enjoyed a mental energy that I embraced.

Later it was used by The Likes Of You for their podcast, and I'm glad they were organised enough to put this on record so that I can use it here.
