On June 13th 2015 I played a classic Techno DJ set at The Promised Land Open Air Festival in Spaarnwoude/ The Netherlands. I was impressed by the familiar feeling within the audiance and you could really tell, that all of these people have been celebrating on Techno music already 20 years ago and still feel it.
For me it was not just the first gig in the Netherlands since ages bit also family reunion with my cousion Hans.
And despite the cold weather it was a lovely and warmhearted day.
Luckily I recorded my set and as you can hear I couldn't help but end with the Joe Smooth classic "Promised Land" - the motto made me do it!
