Q-LIVE is a young South African Electronic Music Producer who grew up in the Eastrand township of Boksburg Vosloorus South Africa, who now resides in Springs Gauteng . He produces a style of house music that's more on your melodic Techno, progressive house , deep house with that space dub Techno groove. Coming from a Jazz and classical background where he learned to play the piano in an orchestral setting back in primary school. He has always demonstrated that music has always been a part of his life. He started music production in 2010 writing house music, EDM, jazz and electronica. As part of his musical growth, He will be releasing music this year 2022 going foward as his other alias Soulchld which is a band that is experimenting with World Music, Jazz , Alternative, Rnb/Soul, Nu-jazz and broken beat. And he's currently working with a number of Jazz and RnB/Soul artist's in SA as well as in the US that are in the underground jazz and Hip-Hop Scene in the State's.

He released music with Audiometh Recording in 2020, then the year after that he released music with South Africa's Finest Underground Deep house Label run by South Africa's Deep House Prodigy and Maestro 'Groove Govnor' called Deep House Cats-SA, Label Worx Recordings, Ababili Recordings and Kaygo Souls imprint called Diptorrid Recordings in 2021. Currently he's working on dropping more international releases with more labels around Europe in the years to come.

For the past 5 years he released two EP's independently. He released his first Dub Techno EP in 2017 called the Future EP and a Re-release of the 'Arctic Dream's E.P in 2021. He then released a single called 'Overnight Shadows' in 2018 which was met with positive reviews from local and international djs.

In the next upcoming years he plans on headlining on South Africa's major dance festivals like The Cape Town Electronic Dance Festival and Tomorrowland in Europe as a Live Electronic Act and performer and other Jazz Festivals around Europe and the US and wishes to someday work with Record producer and Jazz Musician Robert Glasper on future projects.
