My favorite thing about this long lost mix is that I think started off with a double stack of Laidback's "White Horse" because a friend claimed to not know the song. Besides, getting booked to play HHC at raves, I sometimes got booked for random crazy house parties in places like Urbana, Illinois, and then I would play weird techno, house, hip house, whatever. Basically, they were full-contact post-rave house parties where the goal was to keep records playing, let along playing well. I recently found a CDR labeled "Matt + Live @ Beatnasty 5/18/2001" and here we are.
