What do you get when you create a mix with bands like Duran Duran, Adam & The Ants, Bronski Beat, Haircut One Hundred, Spandau Ballet, Depeche Mode, Yaz, Eurythmics, Dead or Alive, Blondie, Trans-X, Lene Lovich, New Order, Divine, The Cure, Simple Minds, Pet Shop Boys, A Flock Of Seaguls, Camouflage ... well, you get the picture.

Back in the 80s I used to party with a team of promoters called THE BOYS FROM BRAZIL, they had some great back yard house parties that lead up to some great underground events at places like the Hong Kong Cafe, Mademoiselles, Don Quixote, Paramount Ball Room, Brooklyn Auto Parts and even Casa Camino Real in Los Angeles. Danny POISON created a following with his "Wild Style" parties. While everyone was hitting the 80s Disco, High Energy and Free Style genres, Danny and his group was focused on underground obscure music, a bit of Reggae, some classic KROQ with a focus on New Wave. I did not get to mix often, mainly because I wanted to party! But when I did, these are the songs that I played.

My friends from that era may frown a little bit, since I used a few "remixes" instead of the original songs, but, hey, I wanted to make this mix a bit interesting. Hope you like it, let me know.
