Lucid is a DJ duo founded in 2012 in Ottawa, Canada with over 4 years of experience in the DJ scene. They are known for their Melbourne bounce and progressive sound, Lucid specializes in “Big room bounce music”. They also show off their diversity by mixing genres from Tech & Future House to Oldies & Chill Trap.

Born in Ottawa, Lucas & David quickly became best friends when they met at Escapade Music Festival. With the same love for electronic dance music, they decided to start collaborating together and showing what Lucid could do at private parties, friends and family. This brought motivation to create and unify both skills of mixing into one.

From the start Lucid has been influenced by different DJs such as Project 46, Vicetone, Knife Party, Pegboard Nerds, Deadmau5, Dannic & D.O.D. These artists have been a great motivation to become as skilled and knowledgeable in the DJ scene.
