Hello Groovers,

During New Years Eve we were, like so many others in Australia, caught by terrible bushfires. By now, and after several months of burning, more than 10 million hectares of forest has been burned, much of which is in World Heritage areas and also important farm lands. Australia is the canary in the coal mine regarding the effects of worldwide climate change. Due to the inaction by the Australian government, we, the animals, the trees and the plants are suffering the consequences.

As you have been listening to the Liquid Sunshine radio show for a while, you know that we acknowledge the existence of anthropogenic climate change. So, for a brief moment in the show we will display our anger at the Australian government's delusional denial of such, we are going to look at how we can take positive action and mitigate, reduce and prepare for a future on a hotter earth.
