This is Part 1 of Liquid Sunshine's focus on French Touch.

French house is a style of house music originally produced by French artists, a popular strand of the late 1990s and 2000s European dance music scene and a form of Euro disco. It is greatly influenced by the lineage of American dance music from the emergence of disco onwards, maintaining a distinct connection to Euro disco and the short lived space disco music style. It is also known as "French touch", "filter house" and "tekfunk".

Liquid Sunshine is a weekly radio show in Canberra, Australia, playing the best Deep Funk, Rare Groove, Disco, Beats - All The Good Stuff. We also re-edit, DJ out in the wild, and produce mighty boss tunes.
