This is dedicated to Bill Bowker who just retired after 42 years in Sonoma County radio. He hired me to work at the legendary KVRE in Santa Rosa (one of the last free form radio stations in the country) and led me to a 25 year career at CBS Radio in San Francisco. Bill's Blues With Bowker broadcasts are legendary and helped form the general direction of KVRE's format. This is a one hour set in his honor. I imagined what I might play today at KVRE if it still existed. Thank you for everything Bill Bowker.
