Dee-Jay Shuga is a lover of all things house. Shuga's passion for music started in childhood, a child of two young music-loving parents with large and eclectic record collections. She was always obsessed with rhythm and dancing and that love eventually moved her toward playing instruments. She studied classical music and composition in late childhood and her early teen years and won medals for her classical flute performances. Although she gave up playing by high school, her love of music manifested itself in different forms, and in the early 90s, she discovered house music. In 2001, Shuga married her husband, Hedspin, a long-time dj, and they used their wedding money to buy a brand new pair of Technics and she began to try her hand at mixing. Over time, after years of playing wide-ranging house genres and techno, she developed her own mixing style and found her signature sound: good, driving basslines, smooth vocal samples and a warm, techy feel.

In the years since she started playing, Shuga has been grateful to have shared decks and line-ups with some of the biggest names in house music. She has played across the US, everywhere from house & loft parties to warehouses, small festivals, clothing stores & salons, bars and some of the most renowned clubs in Chicago. Her mixes have aired on the radio in the UK, on labels out of the US, Mexico, and Europe, and on internet radio shows across the US and Canada. She currently holds a weekly residency on Sugar Shack Radio and handles marketing and A&R for Chicago house label Orange Earth Music and will soon begin the long process of learning the art and skill of music production. -----------------------------------------------------------

DJ Amar is one of the original creators of Ghetto House music in chicago. Styles ranges from Jackin House, Minimal,Tech House, Techno.

The Legendary TrackMaster Dj Amar is never afraid to go too deep, his emotive track selections are his own therapy. Having grown up on the westside of Chicago (USA) with the eccentric combination of (House, minimal and techno) music… all which became infused with his own love for making his own underground tracks. Dj Amar ended up with quite a mixed spectrum of musical influence.

Today, this translates into sets where he picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of this music that he loves best: beautiful synth work, brooding basslines, and occasional vocal hooks… all on top of a pronounced unique beat with a Bangin KICK Drum...
