Dexter Wansel is an all-around talent. As one of the architects of the Sound of Philadelphia, the keyboardist, synthesizer pioneer, composer, producer and arranger has worked with dozens of top artists such as Teddy Pendergrass, The Jacksons, Patti LaBelle, The Jones Girls, Lou Rawls and The O'Jays, and released style-defining solo albums that have become a goldmine for hundreds of hip-hop artists over the past decades.
The late night dream podcast "Philly Spaceman" is a tribute to Dexter Wansel's eclectic career - from his beginnings as a member of the band Yellow Sunshine to his successful solo work and productions for Philadelphia International Records and other labels.
