Mit der Ideenlehre fällt es nicht weit,
durch die Politeia enden wird den Streit,
alles machen wir dadurch zu dem Agrarstaat,

Sowas klingt auch bei uns irgendwie bekannt,
sind diesen Dingen andere Formen anerkannt,
alles ist so für den Fortschritt des Ganzen,
lassen wir im Parlament dafür Puppen tanzen ?

Verständlich das dabei jeden Interesse fehlt,
bei solchen Kulturwertes ein die Zeit stehlt,
zu frommen beschränkten Bauern uns erzogen,
wäre es in der Stadt Bildlich gesehen gelogen ?

Dem Dichten alles Sentimentale darin genommen,
weder Tragödie noch Komödie wir damit bekommen,
kein Anstoß an verweichlichter Wirkung entnimmt,
Epos nicht zu Gemüte in Schmeichlekunst bestimmt.

Es zählt nur noch erzieherische Wahrheitswert,
die Kontrolle die Mächtigen darin nur zugekehrt,
göttliches begeistern bleibt uns nur bei der Wahl,
mit Enthusiasmus der neuen Offenbarung als Sozial ?

Dichter Belehrungen von Wissenschaft beherrscht,
der Zensur da unterworfen die Meinung verschärft,
selbst echtes Wissen wo es dem Staat nicht passt,
in Abwehr gestellt Tiefgründigkeit nicht erfasst ?

Der Kulturprozess ist auch bei uns in dem Gange,
falls da noch Erkenntnis neue Freiheiten erlange,
eine Erlaubnis ist zum wirklichen Wohl dem Volke,
der Demos im Wahljahr nicht Verboten sein sollte.
