A sound collection of audio sets from djs -

When did you start DJing - and what or who were your early passions and influences?

I stated in 2012 through a friend using virtualDJ
My influences are the culture around the music the joy it bring and how it can emotionally move a crowd
The passion is the creation of the set and how a story or a mood can be created from the tracks where building the story/ taking the listener on a journey

What are currently your main challenges as a DJ? What is it about DJing, compared to, say, producing your own music, that makes it interesting for you?

The changes i face is that i do not want to be boxed as a certain style of Dj or when i get to a venue be expected to play a certain way
The reaction of the crowed is instant and you can experience the mood with the crowd as for producing its all you and the equipment where you are not suer what the result would be if you share it

What do you usually start with when preparing for a set?

A cup of tea :-) @ 120bmp lol

How important is building a real relationship with the music you're playing for your own approach?

Their is allot of time spent listening to allot of music to the point that you can sea the trend and understand wheir it has come from so that yo can build the set/ style and be unique as a Dj

There's so much music out there, is it even possible to build meaningful long-term relationships with a particular track or album?

I will always have my favorite album or track but these day sit seems that every thing is so "pop" driven and the crowd wants that next big track to be played.

What makes you decide to play a particular record during one of your sets? Is there a criteria other than pure subjectivity, for selecting what to play at a gig?

I will say its about the mood and the set up of the environment that is the major role so loungeClub - is slow and deep , outside venues Deep to Up-tempo

When there's more music than one can possibly take in, it is becoming increasingly hard to know what constitutes an original and a remake anymore. What's your opinion on the importance of roots, traditions, respecting originals and sources?

With out the root their would be no growth so this is very impotent to remember so that we don't go around in circles, so that we can always find new and interesting way of making sounds. and if we fail than we can fall back to what we know works.
