Mpho Makhura, who is known to his fans as KingSporo, is a well-known DJ from Alexandra Township, North of Johannesburg. Makhura has the of good music to suite the young and the old. In 1998, KingSporo started collecting records ( LP's) inspired by the likes of DJs At Work, DJ Fresh, Glewis, DJ Monde & DJ Oskido.His achievements include being crowned the King Of Mixing at Highlands North Boys' High School Battle of the DJs. He came 3rd on the Miller battle of DJs finalists. He has a trademark event called KingSporo's Birthday Celebration , which is celebrated on the first week of November every year. He has performed with the likes of DJ Shimza, Aero Manyelo, DJ Veany, Liquideep SA, Infinite Boys, Bobstar.
