Another experimental, fusion style track conceived on a night far from his queen, King MAS perfectly fuses the "One Drop" style with R&B vibes to create a smooth, unique sound on this track. Lullaby is a largely digital rhythm, with the only live instrument being the drum played by Glen Grant of Ghetto People Band, and otherwise is completely played digitally by MAS. Vocally, lyrics and, melodies are woven into a slick and sensual narrative brimming with emotion brought through with a string of harmonic riffs over the smooth yet spiky bass line. Lullaby is a lovers tune with experimental elements that may not serve it's intended purpose. As a musical journey with plenty of twists to keep reggae lovers interested, it may just keep them from falling asleep..
