Sounds of Julia Christina

Julia Christina is a progressive and techno DJ with a love for music that tells a story.

Her sets move between organic and deep house, melodic and progressive sounds, and the raw energy of techno and hard techno. Expect atmospheric grooves, driving rhythms, emotional melodies and, every now and then, a vocal that adds another layer to the journey.

For her more melodic and progressive mixes, Julia creates dreamy names starting with "Melodicism" or “Dedicate” — a personal space for deeper, organic and melodic sounds. Not quite what is often labelled as melodic house today, but something more progressive, atmospheric and true to her own style.

When the mood gets darker, harder and more relentless, there is “The Marklines” — her techno and hard techno side, created for those moments when only a heavier beat will do.

Whether it’s a warm melodic journey or a full-on techno ride, Julia likes to leave room for emotion, energy and a little bit of happiness.

Press play, turn it up, and let the music take you on a journey — with a few lyrics along the way.
