Sounds of Ivar Svensen

Longtime hobby DJ with no aspirations but to share the odd mix of some tunes, new or old, that I find have given me something over the years, and/or that are fun to mix to challenge my skills.

I have a full time job, so use all the tools available to me when mixing (well, the ones I master) for recordings, but still mix on my Vestax PDXs when I have a chance - as my vinyl collection from 1996 onwards (plus some 80s stuff from my child hood) doesn't need to gather dust.

Would love feeback on style, programming and mixing, and am not sensitive - rip it to pieces if you must. "You use sync, and you can't even keep the tracks in tempo!" is one I throw at myself often enough.

Inspirations from a mixing perspective are Sasha, Dave Seaman, Danny T, and the local Anthony Pappa - the most under-rated DJ of that era.
