Stockholm, Sweden
Gadboa was born in south of Stockholm, Sweden 1967.
Full name Gadboa Winscore.
Was brought up in Kista in the Northwest of Stockholm.
Started playing drums at the Communal Music School at the age of 8 to 14
Played drums in some punkbands and later Heavy metal.
Since the neighbour got a new baby they started complaining about the drums in our house.
so got the first music computer Yamaha Cx5 and started producing. This was in the mid 80:s.
Then it went to Atari 1040 and then later to PC - never Mac :)
Had a sister who went to early house partys in Stockholm. So heard the music early.
Had friends who made the first rave in Sweden 1989. So had those contacts.
Still love going to underground raves and dance and listen to the music in big speakers.
Dont do drugs I only have a beer sometimes.
Rave is the mother of trance.
Did study Musical Science at the University in Stockholm mostly Historical studys.
Did Logrus 1993 a techno EP at CNR (dutch company) was released all over EU.
But could never make more music after that at the time.
Did some releases under the name gadboa at Tunecore that have been withdrawn.
Today I release mostly myself at Mondotunes under the name gadboa.
Had a contract on an EP called Dark House first with Lad Rec then with a small Swedish Company recently.
Have some deals with a small dutch company under the name Revoked Chant. Do check the net :)
I also like to create videos for some of my song that you can watch at youtube under gadboa or Revoked Chant.
Dont really earn anything on the music yet, but perhaps in the future if more people starts listen.
You can find gadboa at almost all digital services like Spotify and Beatport etc etc.
