Hyax is an Electro House/Dance DJ & Producer from South England.

Hyax was initially comprised of two guys (Harry McGill & Alex Kember) that joined forces in September 2012 under the name 'Idem'. The pair began DJing at house parties and putting together mixes for fun. After a few months, their interests spread into producing tracks and invested money into Logic Pro. Having no idea what they were doing at the start, the pair have since learned tricks of the trade and continue to produce music in their spare time.

In September 2015, the pair split due to the demands of university. Despite the split, Hyax still continues to release tracks but is now only led by Harry McGill. Whilst they may not work together under the name Hyax any longer, the two boys are still in regular contact with each other and continue to collaborate on their Radio show 'Direct Radio' which airs every Wednesday on mixcloud.com/hyaxmusic .
