I was already working on some acid-ish stuff, while a wonderful short clip came along. Amoorah asked her boyfriend Paul how her alerts were sounding, according to him: youtube.com/watch?v=aXD2nRa0Fd0

Pretty loud, apparently. So I worked this short conversation in this slightly annoying track. Because sometimes alerts are just a little intruding, or keep on coming and coming.

Like this track, that was fueled by Turn Up The Bass compilations with this hot new dance craze.. Aciiiiiid! And other early edm types of music. Which all started when I played a sound from the excellent Rounds synth by Native Instruments. And yesterday I found out there is finally a 64-bit version of Sylenth by the excellent Lennar Digital, so the roof blew up.

I uploaded it private, because people who's voices are in it should hear it first. But then the private link got out in the open. So to not make those links dead, I did a new upload, publicly.

Just for fun, and a tad bit from what I normally make. But hey, you can't take fun and play away from somebody.

My own voice is also in there (I don't think I need to write down the lyrics, it is 'Khaaaa!' a couple of times) and a voice sample that has it's origins in the Garageband presets. He says 'Gemini 4' and I fed it in the on-board vocoder of Logic as well.

It was an experiment, but suddenly people where bouncing around their living rooms, so I guess it invokes some kind of reaction.. Always good.

The track is now all over the place, after there was a post on a popular website: hoemannendenken.nl/2015/10/25/...ns-nou-eens-uit
