Wolken ( Interview & Mix )

Wolken (aka Edward Molton) has been dj'ing for a while. He started playing Nu Skool breaks as Edward Molton on the local student radio. he played his dark breaks in Belgium, Spain, Bulgaria, Hungary,... He founded the first breaks label in Belgium, Nu-Freakz Records.
A few year later he discovered techno and together with Psytox he co-founded Coincidence Records, one of Belgium's leading techno labels with releases by Rebecca, Developer, Jeroen Search, Charlotte De Witte,...
In 2018 it was time to start a new label with the focus on the deeper side of techno. Wolken Records was born. Not only his own tracks will be released on Wolken, also new and upcoming techno talents will release on Wolken Records.
His sound can be described as a mixture of deep, hypnotic and atmospheric techno with an acid twist.
Wolken shared already the decks with Tama Sumo, Steffi, Ken Ishii, Tom Dazing, Marco Bailey, Technasia, Tom Hades,... on festivals and clubs like Tomorrowland, Fuse, The Zoo,... He also won the The Big Rave DJ-contest and played a nice warm-up set for Dimitri Andreas, Wex10, Under Black Helmet and many more.
Wolken is also the man behind the monthly Curated by Wolken radioshow on Fnoob Techno radio show.
