For the third project in my ongoing series of free downloadable mixes, I linked up with my good friend Jayvon (jayvonbeatz.com), who also happens to be one of the illest DJs and electronica producers around. All we wanted to do from the onset is rock you on some back in the day type shit. 808 beats, synths, and party raps... as well as barbecues, palm trees, and endless summers. This mix is also very much a tribute to the LA hip hop and electro movement of the 80s, and all the influential pioneers of that era who laid down the groundwork for future generations to come!

Just as they would have done back in the day, this set was mixed live, by hand.
