"For creating this set I mainly used an Yamaha RS7000 which is a sampler/groovebox combination and a Korg Volca Beats as a drum computer. The RS7000 got an Expansion Board for individual outputs. The different outputs from the RS7000 and the Volca Beats are routed to a standard mixer.
There is a aux send/return delay effect on the channels, using a tc m300 multi effect unit and a cheap overdrive guitar pedal before. I use the pedal to get some dirt and textures in the echoes and I can set accentuation to certain frequencies. This turns the Delay more in an additional Instrument than an effect and I really like that.
Additionally I use a Behringer BCR2000 to control some parameters via Midi. Cutoff frequency and track volume of the RS7000 and volume of the drum instruments of the Volca Beats."
