Music and sounds of SURVIOLENCE

Jan Theis aka SURVIOLENCE was born ´92 and lives in Trier/ Germany.
As a music enthusiast he discovered his love for the hard electronic music around 2015 and is since looking for the extremes in each corner of electronic music to create mixes where all these extremes are combined.
Having a different musical background, he plays drums since the age of 15 and is since active in mainly grindcore bands like for example Constant Vulse, Ill Neglect or the still active powerviolence band Captain Caveman. During that time he was able to gain a lot of experience which he now brings to stage to create a stirring life performance with his sets.

Loving the lumbering, slowly unfolding, crushing material and embracing the fast paced, aggressive and chaotic mayhem, he tries to combine these aspects in sets without bpm limit, be it extremely slow, at a very high speed or something in between.
After he had played some gigs at smaller parties he had the opportunity to play at the Ruhr in Love Festival where people were surprised by the newcomer.
