DJ Lithium - MKII

DJ Lithium continues the "SciFi" series of mixes, adding to "Galactica" and "Pegasus" with "MKII". MKII's name actually hints at part of the concept in the BSG series that the colonial weapons platforms were susceptible to cyclon attack because of their dependency on computers. The Viper MKII fighter was more "fly by wire" and therefor less affected and more easily adaptable to get back into the fight after the cylon attack that collapse colonial defenses, much like the Galactica herself. Interesting that the MKII model number is the same as on the Technics SL-1200MKII. For all you digital DJs out there and all your fancy gadgets and hardware and mixed in key bullshit. Where do you stand after the nukes hit?
This mix, like all of DJ Lithium's mixes are completely done using vinyl exclusively. No computer edits, no CD players, no sync buttons. Fly by Wire Only. Just like a Viper MKII.
