Sounds of DJ Grohl

Hey there, I'm Joë.

Following a childhood obsession with Steps and dreams of being a dancer, I realised at the age of 16 that I was too lazy to pursue such a career and opted for DJing instead.

I've played at youth events, pubs & clubs in London, Brighton, Birmingham & Norwich, with residencies at Ruby Tuesday @ Ku Bar Lisle Street and Monster @ Candy Bar Soho in the early 2010s. Eventually I moved away from the clubs and now make mixtapes at home for fun.

Although very much rooted in pop, I love to play around with different genres and come up with unusual mixes, the results of which can be heard in my Radio Grohl series (uploading soon). And for 3 months a year I get completely obsessed with Eurovision!
