Dfast started his career as a DJ in 1996.

Started as Light Jockey in early 1996 and a few months later replaced "La Case" resident dj "T-one". His passion for music that came from young age allied with the will to entertain and create, drove him to plunge into the world of deejaying, learning, perfectionning and inovating his skills.

Since then until 1999 he pursued his Disc-Jockey activity in several of the best French Riviera Clubs such as La Case (resident) , Tiffany's, Cool Bar, & Cuneo Club, Boat Parties along the Riviera shore and has been invited to do a radio show in "Radio NRJ".

In 1999 he returned to his homeland Portugal where he made short appearences in bars and Clubs in Algarve.

Still in 1999 he participated in a DJ contest in one of Portugal's biggest Clubs of the time "Kadoc" and had a surprisingly good performance next to world renound dj's such as Carl Cox and many others.

In the early 2k, dfast unfortunately had to retire from his music activities and only reapered in early 2013 with the will and the gear to make the difference.

Never having a resident Dj place in Portugal, dfast started acting on single events in bars and clubs all over the country, regular nights with other resident Djs, and got the chance to act side by side and learn a lot with some of the finest Portuguese Djs.

By this time, he started also participating in a webradio show where he had the chance to work among national and international well known dj's : Paulo Leite, Carlos Manaça, Hynka, Zezati, Pierresat, Aruzda, Mike Green, The Fox, Marques Oliver, Moka. (Spicy Grooves / Lisbon Connection) .

At present, dfast continues pursuing his activities, playing all over the country in all sort of events and is starting to produce originals.
