Sounds of DJ Nikito

Coming from a family of musicians, Niko was into various kinds of musical genres from an early age, started playing guitar and singing at 14, and later expanded his musical skills to percussion and quite recently the discovered the native american flute and singing bowls.
Surprisingly he only really became a fan of Electronic music when he turned 35, going to his first Psytrance Party in Portugal in 2018 where he fell in love with the genre and this really kicked off his DJ journey. Quickly he ventured into the genres of Ethno Bass, Folktronica, Psy-Tech and Psy-Techno but he never limited himself to any specific genre!
At that time he also started to take part in Ecstatic Dances around Portugal, and since 2018 he is facilitating his own Ecstatic Dance events in the Central Portugal. By weaving tracks from all kinds of musical genres like classical music, folk, instrumental or acapella, he is taking the dancers onto a deep journey, aiming to connect them to what is alive inside of them, other dancers around and even higher realms.
Since around 2022 he is also working with medicinal cacao , to help connect the dancers to the heart space and thus helping to let go of stuck energies in the body , hence facilitating healing through movement.
DJ Nikito will take you on a profound journey, sometimes wild, sometimes smooth and deep, but never boring!
