DJ Zé Mig.L is a dude!
He's a DJ mainly, and started as such, but he also produces this sort of silly, and sometimes brutal, funky noise which he calls Techno and which is somewhat similar to what he spins.
He started around 91-92.. (as a producer around 94-95)
