DJ Junk started djing in 1988 with Hip-Hop & Electro, mostly for his breakers to practice to and progressed onto hardcore by 1991, selling tapes known as "Junk Hardcore" through shops & outside raves. By 1992, he was desperate to make his own music and convinced Rodger from local rave outfit Tone Def to use his studio. The tracks were played by all of the big names, including on Radio by Slipmatt. Junk went on to release a total of 12 Hardcore/Jungle 12"s, as well as releasing some house/hard house tunes under the name of Blister Sisters. I've taken almost all of the tracks from the Junk releases 92-95, as well as some previously unreleased tracks. The unreleased tracks are currently avaiable or soon to be available on Spandangle Selection.....
